"storefloors is growing at a rate of 40% a year. Due to the stresses on infra-structure typical of such rapid growth, we had to double the size of our work force. As a relatively young company, we had no formal documentation in place to define and express our mission, policies and expectations of our workforce.

We engaged Human Resource Design to plan, compose and deliver such documentation in the form of a handbook.
